Casandrahs Costumes rental terms and conditions

 

I agree that I will pay the rental fee, plus my security deposit in full, prior to the usage of the item.

 

I understand that all items rented, will be cleaned after each use by Casandrahs Costumes, and that I am not to try to clean or alter the item/items in any way.

 

I understand that the rented item/items are not to be altered in any way, including the usage of tape, glue, pins, or thread, and that I will not try to clean or repair the item in any way. Failure to comply with this could result in the non-refund of the security deposit.

 

I understand that if there is any damage done to the rented item/items, my security deposit will not be refunded to me, and will be kept by Casandrahs Costumes, in order to pay for the repair of the damage.

 

I understand that the repair or replacement fee will vary between each circumstance and will be determined by Casandrahs Costumes.

 

I understand that if the rented item is considered to be unhygienic in any way, the item return can be refused, the security deposit not refunded, and that this is to be determined by Casandrahs Costumes.

 

I understand that the item must be returned exactly as it left, and with all pieces that are labelled in the document that is attached with each item. Failure to comply with this could result in a non-refund of the security deposit, which will be determined by Casandrahs Costumes  

 

I understand that the item rental period  will be specified prior to rental, and I agree to return the item within that time period. Failure to comply with this, will result in a daily charge that will be taken  out of my security deposit, which will be determined by Casandrahs Costumes.
